We ship nationwide with ‘The Courier Guy’. Our Online Store will automatically calculate the value of your shipping charge on checkout, once providing your address. If you did not select Shipping upon checkout, please reach out to our consultants so we can add it to your quote. Orders valued over R2500 qualifies for FREE delivery in Gauteng ONLY, t’s and c’s apply. If you request a quote via email or whatsapp, please specify if you would like to add shipping, or if you will be collecting at our offices. Please read through our shipping info and contact us if you have any questions.
Lead Times (SA): (Calculated on Economy/Roadfrieght Method)
- Local (Gauteng Only): Next Day Delivery
- National – Major City Centers: 2 to 3 Days Delivery
- Regional – Outside Major City Centers: 4 to 5 Days
Shipping Methods (SA):
- Same day: Will be delivered same day, provided your order is placed before 1:00pm
- Next Day: Will be delivered next day.
- Economy/Road-freight: Refer to above ‘Lead Times’

We consider all areas outside the above-mentioned locations as Regional Areas, which will incur additional lead times.
Customers are advised to request delivery if order does not meet standards for free delivery.
Collection(SA):
We do allow for collections at our office in Jet Park, Boksburg. The address for collections is provided upon completing your order or arranging an appointment with one of our sales agents. To do so, please contact us.
Free Shipping (Gauteng Only):
Orders over R2 500.00 will be delivered FREE of charge within 1 to 2 days from receiving payment or proof thereof via Firstaider-Xpress (Pty) Ltd or ‘The Courier Guy’. We do not offer free shipping to high-risk areas, even if you’ve met the minimum spending requirement for free shipping. Certain excluded areas apply. If you are unsure if your area is high-risk, please contact our sales consultant to confirm.
